computation of overtime; and providing for an effective date was

Senator Mackie moved and asked unanimous consent that the bill be              
advanced to third reading and placed on final passage. Without                 
objection, it was so ordered.                                                  
                                                                               
CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 201(FIN) am was read the third time.                     
                                                                               
Senators Wilken, Miller, Ellis, Hoffman moved and asked unanimous              
consent that they be allowed to abstain from voting because of a               
conflict of interest. Objections were heard and Senators Wilken,               
Miller, Ellis, Hoffman were required to vote.
